TEAM CUP AND TROPHY COMPETITIONS
32 All previous Rules to apply unless altered by any of the following.
33 Any Club entering the midweek league and wishing to enter the Knockout competitions, must make their greens available for these competitions.
This rule also includes teams that play on council parks.
34 Team Competitions to be played on Neutral Greens. The Team first out of the draw will have preference in order of play.
Two games to commence within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, with a minimum of two games being played together, where applicable.
No cup matches to be scheduled for play on Bank Holiday Monday.
35 In Team Competitions, rounds and semi-finals to be 15-up, Finals 21-up. Winners determined on aggregate score. If match is tied, an extra end
to be bowled, Jack to be bowled by the team winning the previous end. Winners to return match result card to Secretary before 12 noon f
ollowing Saturday
36 A player to play in 1 game only per match. A player can only bowl for one Team in any one competition. All players must have played in at
least two League or Cup Competitions for the Club to compete in semi-finals and finals.
37 In the Newton / Presidents Cup Competitions the match will consist of 5 doubles. In the final, 3 games are to commence within 15 minutes
of the scheduled start.
38 The Jubilee Cup matches will consist of 3 triples. In the final all games to commence within 15 minutes of the scheduled start.
39 That for the Logan Trophy four games will be played: a fours, a singles, a triples and a doubles, in that order.
40 All teams to take Mats and Jacks to league cup competitions.
41 Any team that is unable to provide the correct number of players for each game based on the competitions format shall forfeit those games
for which they fall short of the number required.
INDIVIDUAL LEAGUE COMPETITIONS
42 In the Rafmain Competition all League Rules to apply unless altered by any of the following. The F N Hay and J Sneader shall be played on open
greens with no alterations of league rules.
43 The Rafmain Competition to be bowled in rinks. Mat and Jacks to be centred within each rink. (Match Rule 4 will apply to the mat position along the
centre line of the rink only.
44 That Players failing to turn up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of these competitions will be disqualified. In the games other than singles,
where a player fails to attend, a substitute will be allowed for that round.
45 All dead ends to be re-bowled in the same direction and not to count towards ends bowled.
46 A wood remains in play on a rink, provided the wood comes to rest with a greater part of the wood within the rink.
47 Players who play in doubles, triples and fours must play for the same Mid-Week League club.
48 In the event of an abandonded match, games will re-start from the point where it was abandonded. All finished games will count.
In the event that the abandonded match be moved to a different green, games will restart from the beginning.
